Our Team consists of experienced Doctors and Senior Sonographers who are highly qualified with local and overseas experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, congenital heart disease and echocardiography to perform diagnostic testing, such as echocardiograms, stress tests to gain information about a patient’s heart using state of the art equipment, specialising in treating the heart and associated systems.
Our Mobile Sonography service allows a GP to refer and we have our onsite Sonographer attend the clinic to perform echocardiogram and ECG. Reports are overseen by Professor Rohan Jayasinghe and reported back to the GP within 48 hours.
Following a comprehensive assessment, the doctors work closely with patients and their General Practitioners to plan the best possible management and devise meticulous follow-up care to ensure a patient stays as healthy as possible for as long as possible.
Our cardiologists provide expert care for all cardiac conditions by consultation and non-invasive investigations. We understand the importance of convenience, which is why we offer a mobile service delivered by Professor Rohan Jayasinghe that brings our expertise right to medical centres, nursing homes and other locations. Along with our cardiac ultrasound services, we also provide 12-lead ECGs and blood pressure checks.

Professor Rohan Jayasinghe serves as the Medical Director of the Cardiology Department at Gold Coast University Hospital and holds the position of Professor of Cardiology at Griffith University. He is also a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Macquarie University Sydney and an adjunct Professor of Medicine at Bond University Gold Coast.
Professor Jayasinghe is affiliated with Gold Coast University Hospital, Allamanda Hospital, Pindara Hospital, and John Flynn Hospital. He graduated with first-class honours from Sydney University School of Medicine and completed his training at major teaching hospitals in Sydney and Newcastle.
Further advancing his expertise, Professor Jayasinghe underwent advanced interventional cardiology training at Beth Israel Hospital in New York City. He also earned a PhD in Cardiovascular Research from the University of New South Wales.
